Register your BARBECURE for your chance to win a $500 Barbeques Galore voucher

This competition is open to all Australian residents 16 years or over who have registered their BARBECURE fundraising event via Cure Cancer Australia’s online registration portal* before 11:59pm (AEST) 24th of February 2017. However, employees (and their immediate families) of Cure Cancer Australia, associated agencies and companies connected with this competition are not eligible to enter this competition.  By registering, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and you will automatically be entered into a draw for a chance to win one(1) of five(5)  $500 Barbeques Galore vouchers to spend in-store nationally. This competition closes at 11:59pm (AEST) 24th of February 2017. Entry into this competition is limited to one per person.

If Cure Cancer Australia believes on any reasonable grounds that the information that is provided for a registration is untrue, incorrect or misleading in any way, Cure Cancer Australia may, in its sole and absolute discretion, cancel your registration and/or cancel and dishonour any prizes you have won and it may retain (or recover from you) the value of the Barbeques Galore voucher you have won and, may suspend and/or exclude you from any further campaigns or competitions run by Cure Cancer Australia.

The winners of this competition will be drawn on 9th March 2017 at random from all valid entries received before the closing date. The winner is responsible for ensuring that they are able to accept the Barbeques Galore voucher as set out in accordance with these terms and conditions. In the event that they are unable to do so, Cure Cancer Australia reserves the right to re-draw the prize. Winners will be notified by email/phone using the details provided in the registration within 28 days after the closing date of the competition.  All reasonable endeavours will be made to contact the winner during this time. However, if a winner cannot be contacted or is not available, Cure Cancer Australia reserves the right to re-draw another winner from the valid entries that were received before the closing date. Winners must provide a current postal address to receive their voucher.

Should your contact details change during the promotional period, it is your responsibility to notify Cure Cancer Australia.

Cure Cancer Australia reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity and/or proof of residency at the nominated postal address to claim a prize. Proof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of Cure Cancer Australia. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.

Winners will be asked for consent for the use of their names by Cure Cancer Australia and Barbeques Galore for publicity purposes during this campaign. No other use of your personal information will be made without your prior written consent. Your personal information will be stored and handled in accordance with Cure Cancer Australia’s privacy policy available at www.barbecure.com.au/privacy. On the occurrence of any event beyond the reasonable control of Cure Cancer Australia, which prevents or significantly hinders Cure Cancer Australia’s ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism or changes to any applicable laws or regulations, Cure Cancer Australia may in its absolute discretion cancel the competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions, subject to any legal requirements.

However, employees (and their immediate families) of Cure Cancer Australia, associated agencies and companies connected with this competition are not eligible to enter this competition.  By registering, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and you will automatically be entered into a draw for a chance to win a Ziegler & Brown BBQ from Barbeques Galore.
